RETURN POLICY & CANCELLATION POLICY
There is no return or cancellation policy added by the SMART PUSTAK. The services provided by the SMART PUSTAK is a one-time buy, once the package has been bought by the user there is no refund or any type of cancellation is allowed in any of the circumstances or situation arises. Once the order has been made the user can avail the same for the time period of one year.
If in any case, any registered customer (Student) downgrades his/her subscription to a lower package than the current subscription on renewal, then the adjustable amount will be transferred to his/her Smart Pustak wallet in the form of points, which can be redeemed later on next subscription. No cash will be refunded in any case. However, if anybody downgrades package before ending of subscription date, no points or cash will be offered.
