Talent Hub Policy
The talent hub section is a platform for Smart Pustak user to share their extra-curricular talents like Drawing, Crafting, Music, Singing like activities. Upload of this contents are governed by the following terms and conditions:
- We will select 5-6 best contents in each of three categories Audio, Video and Image per week.
- The Selection is a Smart Pustak internal process carried out by a team of experts. No other claims will be entertained.
- Any uploaded content in Smart Pustak, can be used in Smart Pustak Website and all social media handles including YouTube. The unloader or anybody can’t claim copyright on it.
- If any claim of copyright arises from third party then the uploading account holder will be responsible for it. Smart Pustak will not be responsible for any duplicate or stolen content. In such case, the content will be removed from selection section if the content is selected for best contents
- Uploading any content containing and/or promoting any kind of violence, nudity, breach of religious/social/political belief and ideology, use of drugs, anti-national and anything which is contraband by law is strictly prohibited. Any such upload may attract lawful action.
